A shelf life you can check
The 4 days come from how the food is made: sous-vide pasteurisation at a controlled temperature, and a vacuum pack that stays sealed until you open it. No preservatives and no freezer, which is exactly why the number is short. Independent laboratory testing to confirm it is under way, and we will publish the reports on this page.
Testing is in progress. Right now this page lists what we will publish, not the results themselves.
