EASY MEAT / Guides
Easy Meat offers two different recipes: standard seasoned fillet and plain chicken made to order. Ingredients, salt and nutrition help you choose.

Classic contains chicken, salt, black pepper, dried garlic and garlic paste with vegetable oil. The herb option adds herbes de Provence. Full ingredients and possible allergen traces appear on the product page.
Prepared separately sous-vide without added salt, oil, spices or marinade. Chicken fillet is the only ingredient. We agree quantity, packing and price directly. Selecting Classic in the basket does not order this recipe.
Use the selected product's label and your portion weight. Do not apply standard chicken figures to the plain recipe. Tell us about any specific allergen or ingredient restriction before ordering.
The percentage of chicken in the ingredients is not the percentage of protein. Meat content describes the recipe; protein is declared per 100 g of the cooked product. Sugars form part of total carbohydrate and do not replace that line. Compare products on the same basis: ingredients, values per 100 g, salt, pack weight and storage instructions.
Standard fillet contains vegetable oil in its garlic paste. The herb option also contains salt and garlic. Possible traces of gluten, soy, mustard and celery are declared for the standard product. Discuss a specific ingredient or allergen restriction before ordering. A single-ingredient recipe does not in itself confirm the absence of traces in production.
Standard chicken label data. Nutrition for the plain recipe is being confirmed separately.

Use the cooked product label. Raw meat weight and nutrition do not replace the figures for the prepared fillet.
Do not assume so: they are different recipes. Plain chicken needs its own cooked-product nutrition data.
Heat changes protein structure, including during sous-vide cooking. For meal calculations, use the cooked product’s nutrition rather than a claim that protein stays unchanged. Research ↗
