EASY MEAT / Guides
Rice and broccoli, buckwheat and vegetables, a salad or sandwich. Easy Meat cooks the chicken. You choose sides, assemble meals and divide your portions.

For three different lunches, plan rice with broccoli, buckwheat with vegetables, and salad leaves with cucumber. Add chicken when assembling. Choose component quantities for your own eating plan.
Standard fillet is seasoned with garlic and pepper. Plain chicken is made separately without added salt, oil, spices or marinade. Choose it when you want to decide all additions yourself.
Add up the meat you need and choose suitable packs. Check each batch's label, including instructions after opening. A regular order can be split into deliveries on a schedule agreed with us.
If you cannot reheat food at work, assemble a salad, sandwich or cold bowl. The fillet is already cooked. For a warm lunch, prepare rice or buckwheat, add vegetables and reheat the chicken according to its label. Do not heat a vacuum pack using a method its instructions do not permit.
Portion the fillet, prepare vegetables and grains, and keep sauce separate until serving. This makes it easier to vary meals and account for each ingredient. With rice already cooked, simply add chicken and your chosen vegetables. Different sides and dressings give different flavours without another meat marinade.
Planning several lunches does not extend shelf life. Check every pack’s date and instructions after opening. Follow its storage conditions when taking lunch to work: vacuum packing does not remove the need for refrigeration. Ask about freezing for the specific product first. If instructions after opening are missing, check with Easy Meat before planning the following days.
No. The fillet is fully cooked. Serve it cold or reheat according to the pack instructions.
Follow the individual pack instructions. If an after-opening period is not stated, ask Easy Meat before planning several lunches.
Ask about the specific product instructions first. We do not state a universal freezing or thawing period here.
Use only a method allowed by the pack instructions. Not every vacuum bag is suitable for every heating method.
